The tasks of the center are carried out by two different departments:

• Regulating and
• Charging.

Main activities of the departments are as follows:

• managing procedures related to Charging (including the preparation of Charging Methodology and Charging Document),
• managing procedures concerning the Network Statement,
• managing procedures regarding the Performance Regime,
• managing tasks referring to service controlling and marketing,
• representing VPE directorate in numerous international organizations concerning the rail related tasks.
